[That she knows for a fact. She hadn't caused any divide between Sheva and Remy, and maybe that's what hurts so much. She exists here, and in Remy's world, but he didn't care enough about her to look twice, to think twice about maybe giving her a chance. She'd given Remy ample opportunities. She wasn't any sort of competition.

Superhero training that had never actually relied on her powers, giving Rogue ample time to learn how to fight hand-to-hand. So at least, in a physical fight, she stood a chance.]
